About MeSenior Communication Studies major, with a concentration in Organizational Communication at James Madison University. I grew up in a small town known as the Northern Neck of Virginia which instilled in me the values of hark work, accountability, and patience.
Volunteering has also become a passion of mine. During my summers I have taken the opportunity to work with Impact Mission Camps. With this, I helped fix and rebuild homes for individuals who could not afford reparations. Working up to 10 hours a day on a roof in the middle of July increased my work ethic. Through my time at JMU, I have volunteered for events within the Harrisonburg community such as the Farmer's Market and Harrisonburg's Downtown Renaissance. |

Growing up in a small-town taught me the value of hard work, accountability, and patience. Along with my summers volunteering, sports played a huge role in my life and I dedicated many hours of training to become a better player and teammate. Playing field hockey, basketball, and softball all while juggling school held me accountable for managing my time and that of others. I learned to put my full attention and effort into everything I did which led me to becoming a varsity captain for two out of three sports, graduating with honors, and ultimately being accepted to James Madison University. With few opportunities in the Northern Neck, I have found patience in my summer jobs. With many summers of customer service under my belt, I found effective communication within a company and with its customers leads to success.
